1. Services Blues Cleaners provides commercial and residential cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, facility cleaning, and deep cleaning throughout the Quad Cities region of Iowa and Illinois.
2. Quotes & Pricing All services begin with a signed job proposal outlining scope of work and pricing. Work begins only after client approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee Blues Cleaners stands behind every job with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make it right.
5. Payment Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and invoice billing for commercial accounts.
6. Liability Blues Cleaners is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
