  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%% of the service cost.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the full service amount.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any issues.
  • We do not offer refunds, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns.

5. Access to Property

  • Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled service time.
  • If we are unable to enter due to locked doors or other restrictions, the client may be charged a lockout fee.

  • Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
