Real estate agents and estate executors often face the same challenge, a home full of belongings that needs to be cleared and cleaned before it can go on the market. An estate cleanout handles both parts of that job at once.

Our team sorts items for keeping, donating, or removal, coordinates with the family or executor at each step, and finishes with a full deep clean so the property is ready to show. Not every home needs the same level of cleaning, and pricing works differently depending on which one fits. A light clean usually runs two to four hours and covers everyday upkeep. A deep clean usually runs six to nine hours and covers a more detailed pass, often used for occupied homes that need a reset or for a move out clean.

Hourly pricing is eighty dollars an hour with a two hour minimum, dropping to seventy dollars an hour after four hours. About thirty minutes before your booked time ends, we let you know where the clean stands so you can decide on additional time.

If your home is lived in day to day, this hourly approach flexes to match the size of the job instead of locking you into a fixed package that may not fit.

Specialty cleans cover the items a standard cleaning often skips, the inside of a refrigerator, an oven, trash cans, or a washer and dryer. Each one is priced individually based on the scope of the job, since a lightly used oven and a heavily soiled one are not the same task.

As a general guide, refrigerators run ninety to one hundred fifty dollars, ovens run thirty to fifty dollars, and trash cans, including bathroom trash cans, run fifty dollars. Washers and dryers are priced in levels, from an exterior only clean up to a job that requires a certified maintenance repair technician.

These can be booked on their own or added to any project, which makes them an easy way to knock out the cleaning tasks that tend to get put off.
