Blues Cleaners goes the rest of the way: once the sale closes, our team can clean the property out, handle interior and exterior improvements on request, and get it ready for a real estate agent to list. Inventory & Promotion
We walk the property, inventory and price every item, set the sale date, and promote it to our buyer network and the public so the right people show up.
The Sale
A staffed, two-day sale event. We run the floor, handle pricing and negotiations, and keep the property secure for the full two days.
Closeout & Payout
We reconcile what sold, clear out what didn't through donation or disposal, and deliver your payout with a full accounting.
From sold to listing-ready
Once the sale closes, we can carry the property the rest of the way, so it's ready for an agent to put on the market.
Transition Cleaning
A full cleanout and deep clean of the property, inside and out, so it shows well for photos, showings, and buyers.

Estate sale questions
Can I just book the estate sale and handle the rest myself?
Yes. Every piece of our process, the sale, the cleanout, and any interior or exterior improvements, can be booked on its own. Most clients choose to bundle them, but nothing is required beyond the sale itself.
How long does the whole process take?
Inventory and promotion typically take one to two weeks depending on the size of the estate. The sale itself runs two days. Cleanout and any improvement work are scheduled right after closeout, based on scope.
What happens to items that don't sell?
Anything left after the two-day sale is handled through donation or disposal as part of our closeout process, so the property is fully cleared either way.
Do you help list the property afterward?
We get the property clean and presentation-ready so it shows well, and we can introduce you to a few trusted local real estate agents when you're ready to list or sell.
