Most jobs fall into one of two pricing paths. Both are built to be straightforward, with no surprises partway through.
Per Project
Used when a job includes two or more of our services combined into one visit. We quote the full project as a single price.
Hourly
Eighty dollars an hour, two hour minimum. About thirty minutes before your time is up, we will let you know where the clean stands so you can decide on additional time. After four hours total, the rate drops to seventy dollars an hour. This works well for occupied homes and for move out or moving cleans.

What is the difference between a light clean and a deep clean?
A light clean usually runs two to four hours and covers the everyday upkeep of a home. A deep clean usually runs six to nine hours and covers a more detailed pass, often used for occupied homes that need a reset or for a move out clean.
